Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the customer is referred to as “the hirer”.
MB Photo Booths is referred to as “the company”.
Any balances paid are non refundable due to cancellations.
Unfortunately if your wedding or event needs to be cancelled or postponed due to the Coronavirus our usual terms and conditions regarding payment will still apply and payment will still be due and no refunds will be given. We would urge all customers to make sure their wedding insurance covers them for this so costs can be claimed back from them.
Your telephone or e-mail booking will be held as provisional for 21 days.
The agreed hire time is the actual usage time at the venue.
Your booking is only regarded as confirmed upon receipt of cleared funds as deposit.
The deposit required for each item is £100, other than in exceptional circumstances it is non-refundable.
Exceptional circumstances will be decided by the company, and each case will be judged by the company on its own merits.
The balance for your booking must be paid, in full, at least 2 weeks before the date of the event.
If any payment is to be made on the night it must be in full before equipment is set up cash only cheques are not accepted.
No service will be provided unless cleared funds have been received in full.
The company require immediate notification of cancellation of the event.
Should cancellation occur within 8 weeks of the event, then 50% of the outstanding balance will be due.
Should cancellation occur within 6 weeks of the event 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.
The conditions relating to cancellation are subject to the same definition above of exceptional circumstances.
Our booth is a no drinking, no smoking booth.
The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the companies’ equipment however caused by the hirer, or the hirer’s guests.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide the correct information at time of booking, the company accepts no liability for incorrect information.
The company will not accept liability for any changes made to the booking unless written confirmation is received no later than 28 days prior to the event date.
During the event we reserve the right to close early if people become abusive to us or are not using the booth as instructed to the point where it is at risk of damage. This is for the safety of ourselves and other guests, no money will be refunded.
The company reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
An equipment failure will only result in a pro rata refund.
Children must be accompanied by an adult in the booth unless otherwise agreed.
The time slot that is booked with us cannot be changed on the day or night of the hire. This includes weddings where the venue or schedule has fallen behind. We are happy to wait and start later, however our finish time will be what was agreed at the time of booking. If extra time is required this is at our discretion and may include an additional charge.
We will need 45 minutes setup time and 30 minutes pack away time.
We reserve the right to use any pictures taken in our booth for marketing purposes.
